The stay was quite comfortable! First and foremost the location is pathetic coz even an autorickshaw will find it difficult to be driven as the roads are too narrow and vehicles will be parked on either side. The property is in the heritage area and that's the reason. The people were very good and supportive. The rooms are good and neat. The rooftop restaurant food is very tasty but they take time since they are being made as per the order. There was no electric kettle nor coffee tea sachets which should have been there. Later they gave us the electric kettle. Overall it was nice experience but please note that you cannot drive a car to reach there.

Rooms are newly renovated and very good, clean rooms and all basic facilities available and also rooms are exactly what is shown in Goibibo app pics. All the staff behaviour are very polite and helpful. Around 300 metres from Ghanta ghar and auto is available anytime, so connectivity is also very good. Hotel is having internal Pure Veg restaurant and foods are very delicious. Only 1 suggestion - Restaurant service needs to be fast but wait is worth it,, as food taste is very good and it's a very happy place for Pure vegetarians like us. Overall i will recommend this hotel and your money will be worth it to spend.

The hotel was really luxurious and satisfied all the needs for stay at Jodhpur. The hotel staff & manager Mr. Nitesh Ji were really attentive to the instantaneous needs at the room & provided utmost facility. I would rate 10/10 for overall experience. For couple, Shiv Hari Heritage could be the best preference at minimal rates. As with affordability, one would have access to all the luxury under the same roof. I would visit over & over again as I loved the service they provided to us for these 2 days stay at Jodhpur.

personally what I have felt here in this property is well beyond my words ..Staf is so humble , beautiful atmosphere and pleasant dealing at the reception.I don't have even iota of doubt regarding the best hospitality in this property..Rooms are so well maintained and washrooms are so well cleaned and sanitized. I would recommend everyone to avail the benefits here at this Hotel.
