One of the worst hotels/services I've ever been too. Firstly the hotel name is a Shiv Sangram Lodge 'Not Shiv Sangram Hotel'. The location for the Shiv Sangram Hotel shows 20 Kms away at Hiware Bazar. After reaching here at 2:40 AM - came to know that the room is on the 3rd floor and the lift does not work. Not much of a problem for me but what too much for my 65 yr old father who has sever back and knee joint pain issues. No one responded to any calls made to the hotel numbers - nor is goibibo reachable to sort the issue. Goibibo, Please take note of the situation and take necessary action

They don’t provide complimentary drinking water. Also, not very good for family since the premises have a wine shop as well. Approach road is bad. Hygiene is another concern. On the first day, there were used bedsheet, quilt cover, pillow covers and towel in the room. Only after the complaint, these were changed. Toilet was not clean and it was cleaned after 2 days.
