Hotel is situated at the entrance to the city. Staffs are good, supportive, parking area is also good. Looking at the price they charge I think hotel rooms deserve better than that. Wide, spacious rooms, good ventilation, but drawbacks are Toilet sliding door which has a gap and hot water unavailability during rainy season. Toilet is conjusted but it is negotiable. If you are planning for Haveri tour I will not recommend this hotel. Many of the tourists spots are too far from here. Famous Utsav rock garden, Shiggaon is 30+ kms and it took 1 hour to reach.

It was not that good stay, I was on the business purpose trip, I was expecting all lodge kind of services but it was not there, caretaker was there to manage services but he not that good n it, reception people were moving here and there plus there was not telephone connectivity, room was not like standard one's location of the hotel was fine it was on the main road. I didn't feel that this place is that much secure.

It was a good stay, the caretaker was managing all the services and it was also good but the only problem was that we need to tell them to do things, but after that they were good. The property wasn't in the residential area plus it was far from the bus stand but transportation was easily available, it was not a problem. If we talk about security it was good.

These are rooms attached to a wedding hall. Forget sanitization, I doubt if they even change the bedspreads after every use. Hot water is provided for 2.5 hrs every day and if you miss it, you will get fever because of cold water bath. It's an overpriced lodge. There are many other options much better than this in a radius of 250 metres.

Good hotel if you are planning short stay. Clean rooms and Bed sheets . Nice Attitude of the staff and service is decent with short call. Would have been great if they had a restaurant but food is available just in the opposite to the hotel a south Indian eat out and a mess with north karnataka taste.

Experience in the Shiva Shakti Palace was good and I'm not aware that who as managing the services but services were decent. Location of the hotel was also good, I didn't find a WiFi facility and in terms of security, it was OK.

It is alright for a one night stay. Place is dirty and lacks cleaniliness. Beds are very hard. Pillow covers are dirty. Bathrooms are bad. If you plan to stay with family then you cannot stay for more than 1 night.

Rooms are spacious,well maintained except toilet which needs still more cleanliness and there is hot water supply problem.Even after wastage of 4-5 buckets warm water comes that too not sufficient just one bucket.

The location wise it was ok. The caretaker was fine and cooperative. Services were all fine. But the cleanliness of the rooms was not good. Bedsheets were also very dirty. Not recommendable to stay with family.
