My stay in the property was very nice. Staff behaved very properly and the hotel amenities were fine. I had food over there, but the taste was not so good at first, but later on the property changed the cook and then the quality was nice. The location of the property was also very convenient for me.

this is the best budget hotel in alipurduar but I suggest to anyone if there are not a any option for stay you can make e booking oney that time , because property are not maintained timely like charging plug are not working after complaint of this issue properly manageer are not responding

It is located nearby railway station, and easy to locate.Staffs & services were good and it was neat & clean as well.Even the room was also comfortable and spacious and we tried food as well, it was very good and tasty.Overall it was value for money and had a good experience.

hotel Shivam is average facilities.with having abo dent mosquito, bedsheets and blanket are broken, damage not clean up to the Mark, service is satisfactory.. food quality average.

The room is spacious and neat and clean and well furnished. The staff behaviour is prompt and well mannered. The station is Near to Railway station. The bus stop is also near.
