1). It was a bad tent. Tent condition was worst, no water, worst wash roon.2). I booked for 2+2 (kids) + Dinner+ BF. I paid to goibibo ..../ , but the manager asked to pay ..../ for each kid. It was like try to loot people without any reason. I have to make bed on floor in this winter, no khatiya provided. 3). It was new year night. So, there was some snacks arrangements. Really speaking new year dinner means snacks+dinner. But the manager asked Rs1600/ for snacks. It is like gunda gardi in Thar desert . Send this information to owner of the tent so that he can remove this manager and find someone good. Harassing family man in lonely desert is a crime.

Never Forgettable Trip in Jaisalmer & Awesome Place "SHIVA'S HERITAGE And SAND DUNES". A Person Name GIRIRAJBHAI he is too helpful to my family and guide us for JEEP SAFARI, CAMEL SAFARI. Food is So Good. Because of Girirajbhai the trip is so memorable. Thank You For Good Service. As a Family Trip this is the good place to stay and staf is so co-operative for any kind of service. For Jeep Safari, Camel Safari the person suggested by hotel is so honest. My SLR is Missed in Jeep and When I realized that i call him and he give me back my camera honestly. Totally the Place and Staff is So Good.

Amazing Experience.....As per Covid-19 Guidelines Safety Precautions were great and Hotel was impeccably clean . Enjoyed a lot with family had a wonderful stay here at Shivas Heritage & Sand Dunes there are many activities such as Paragliding, ATV Bikes and rides for children. Staff was very friendly and helpful especially Manager Giriraj Mohta attending all guests personally. Evening cultural program was up to the mark all artists performed very well. Dinner and Breakfast were very delicious ⛺ Tent accommodation was very colorful and spacious with Air Conditioner

My stay was superb,Rooms are big&Clean Well Maintained,Staff are to helpful especially the Front office One Staff I frgt to asked her Name She is so helpful Rest everything is superb,Location,clearness,etc etc about Food Just Wow so Yummy lovely food, me Bellvue for superb hospitality...I will definitely recommended to my Friends n family Members,& See you soon...

The room was big and spacious but it was quite windy and chilled during the night. The hot water was served in a plastic bottle which is detrimental to health. The safari rates did not give include full information of extra charges for a jeep safari to sand dunes. Although camel was included How could camel safari be done as the place of 10 km away.

I have been to jaisalmer many a times & this time I thought to explore this new property. The resort is simply excellent. Above par services & hospitality I have received here. Support staff is really good. I am very much with the food quality here & will recommend everyone to at least visit here next time you visit jaisalmer.

It was such a wonderful experience. The camp was very clean n beautiful n calm ,nature at it's best. The mind got relaxed after such long time of the covid period. Would definitely be back. Loved the hospitality 🤩

The hotel is beautiful, well maintained and the staff is exceptional (and I mean everyone from the desk staff to housekeeping!). Everything was fantastic , weekend away from stress.
