Services were pathetic..... Paid a lot for the rooms but rooms were not as per the expectations, infact it was worse..... Manager doesn't care about anything.... Inclined only towards money and no hospitality shown.... Recommend not to go for this

The hotel staff is very co-operative. The room was very clean too. The room service was also great. It is very near to AIIMS Rishikesh also. I asked for cab service from hotel to airport and they even provided me that.

Its a good hotel. Comfortable stay. Only one thing is that it does not have toiletries n towels. These are basic things which must be provided.

If possible refund our money. pathetic experience. smelly room and bedsheet and blanket. we booked it for two nights but stayed only for one.

whole I didn't sleep because of mosquitoes and when I asked to hotelier for mortien or anti mosquitoes then he replied we'll not provide.
