The overall experience was good. I have given 5 star considering the overall experience. The property is clean and decent. Rooms are also good. Good location. Recommended from my side. However, I have some concerns which can be improved to make the property even better:1. In some room Tata sky was working, while in others it was not working.the hotel management should check it before giving the room to the visitor. considering the reviews of other guests also, this is a concern with this property. It won't take much effort to improve it.2. The toiletries in the room was good. comb, shaving kit, toothbrush with toothpaste, shower gel, hand wash, towel, etc. However, I really feel that two pouches of shampoo and conditioner should also be there as after driving a long way, the visitor need to wash their here. moreover, after Jeep Safari also it is required. This also won't cost more than 10rs.3. The food price is a bit high.

Hotel is centrally located, very close to central zone, orchid park and hathikhuli tea estate. Full points for location. Rooms: very compact and not spacious enough, bed and sheets are very clean and comfortable that will ensure a good comfortable sleep. Washrooms are clean too. But sadly there is no exhaust fan and the geyser is small which doesn't promise running hot water shower. Overall okay. Food: Kitchen staff is limited. So the service is quite slow. The meals are a' la carte, breakfast starts at 8:30 onwards and by then you are dead hungry after early morning safaris and would end up enjoying paid buffet breakfasts at nearby IORA. Staff: Mr. Deep Jyoti and other staff members are very helpful and courteous. Full points for their behavior.

The property is converted from a guest house to a hotel. You will not get a feel of staying at a Hotel. Housekeeping is not available all the time. Out of 11 rooms available, only the room given to us was occupied. The cost of food is very very high hence we have to go outside and taken dinner at Iora which is comparatively cheaper and very good.

A completely new set up!!Felt isolated and bit afraid as was the only guest.Only 2-3 staff.TV not working as no recharge done.Receptionist was non responsive.Washroom pathetic!!Also had to get the room windows fixed as they were not getting closed.Was surprised to see the recommendation for this property!!

we ordered for lunch. it took more than a hr to serve. later we discovered that after the order they went out to local market to buy the ingredients. basically fish ordered were out of stock. food ordered for snacks were also not good. lodging was however i will rate as 3.

The brand shoolin has been disgraced by this branch. There were no staff no proper fooding no ac remote no housekeeping......the Tv set-top box was also not properly recharged. The management lack experience in running a hotel in this area.

In comparison to money, accommodation was too poor, and the bathroom was very dirty & inconvenient to use, the food was also too much hi costing and not so good......... the positive thing was the behavior of the staff was very good & polite

Got a very great deal on Goibibo. very neat rooms, hospitable staff and good food. Staff was really helpful. Food was prepared fresh...!!Highlight of the stay was the Jeep safari....must reasonable prices, good food

The hotel is expensive for the services offered. Don't be fooled by the pics on this app. An average experience, be aware of the toads in your commode. It was at most satisfactory.
