It was a very nice experience to stay at gurukripa athithi bhawan...some of the pros of staying at this hotel ar 1. very close to Mathura junction, barely 900 m from the station. u can even walk if you have light luggage else u can take autorickshaw. 2. Rooms are nice and we'll furnished. 3. All the basic amenities are present in the hotel. 4. The best part is the food is extremely tasty and very nicely priced. 5. Also conveyance to all the parts of the city are available from the location of the hotel. overall, it was a pleasurable stay at the gurukripa hotel...

When I reached for check in at 23:15 my room was not ready. On my pointing out room was prepared. And on the check out when I ask my tax invoice. Reception person asked me additional tax amount. When I told that it's an booking with the GST amount. He shown ignorance and asked me to pay additional tax amount for invoice. Otherwise the location , property is very good. Just a professional touch is needed. Alongwith staff training.

they provide bedsheet instead of blanket and when being asked regarding this the reply was garmi main koi blanket use karta h kya.. i mean garmi main ac nahi chalta kya.. Behaviour of the staff member i found is quite rude.. at the time of booking it showed double bed while providing the room it was single..

The hotel is less than 0.5 km from the Mathura Railway station. They serve delicious food for a decent price. Staffs and friendly and helpful. But the we didn't get hot water for our stay of 2 days and the rooms are kinda too small.

Plotted in the center of Mathura and near to the Mathura railway station. I am satisfied with my stay..it was pretty smooth and hassle free...all the facilities and services were good enough, and the staff was very well behaved.

i reached mathura 1 am and my booking was from 12 pm... but receptionists provide me room ...very kind honour and cooperative hotel staff...well furnished , well maintain with flower fragments room..nearby to railway station...

Very confortable stay. Behavoiur of staff was vey nice. Large rooms with TV , Geyser, AC and a beautiful balcony. Lovely experience. If I visit Mathura again, I will choose this place again.

I was locked in the bathroom for an hour as the door was broken we had to give up our one room and stay in other because of the inconvince I want my refund of the 1 room .
