We stayed here for 2 days.Rooms are nice but they don't have any ventilation, just a vent above the door, due to which too much noise, we hardly slept during our stay.few folks in other room were doing party with loud music and chatting all night.constant sound of closing door and chatting.I will not recommend this place for a family, if you want to do party and stay awake all night this place might be good.But if you want to take rest after tiring journey then this is not the place.There is no room service at all, the intercom was not working and everytime we need to step down three floors and ask.They don't have in house kitchen, we have booked the room with breakfast but I didn't get any breakfast after multiple remainder they says it will take another 30 mins, but I have clearly informed the day before that we will be leaving at 8am and please arrange the breakfast prior to that. but no one took care of that.they don't provide water bottle and they don't sell water bottle, it's basic service to keep mineral water bottle.No dustbin provided and the towel they provided was dirty.

Pros: Rooms are clean and tidy. Location is in city center, convenient for traveling. Hot water facility and friendly staff. Cons: Charged 250 per bed for extra bed even though I had mentioned it for 3 people per room while booking. Room size is small, suitable for 2 people per room not more then that, even though they categorize it as double room.

Nice hotel but too much during the night, i think some vacated and ghe cleaning was going on. But it was so loud and we woke up several times. Staffs are so kind and helpfull. Need to be bit carefull about the rooms, check for proper ventilations The first room did not have toilet cover we got to change the room Nice

Beds are not clean , bedsheets and blankets are not washed. rooms and bathroom has large ventilation which make room noise transperent . I booked this hotel as rest of the stays in chikmagalur were full. I didnt find it worthy . it charge way more than it deserve. Only Positive - staff is polite and helpful ,

My overall stay was very good in the property. Staffs behaved properly with us and the hotel amenities were also fine. The parking of the property was not good, there was no sufficient space and the parking arrangement was also not properly organised. Location of the property was convenient for me.

VERY GOOD AND VERY CLEAN HOTEL. THE SERVICE IN ALL RESPECT IS VERY GOOD. THE HOTEL IS SITUATED AT THE CENTER OF THE CITY AND THE RESTAURANTS ARE NEAR BY THE HOTEL. 24HRS HOT WATER FACILITY AND PURIFIED DRINKING WATER FACILITY IS PROVIDED BY THE HOTEL. I ENJOYED MY STAY

It was horrible with no privacy with noise coming from outside throughout from other rooms and bed had bedbugs with cockroach in the room and no shower in the washroom and no cutlery for food with no wifi and dirty linen and bathmat , its a shady property

Owner should learn manners how to speak to customers over phone. Even though the rooms are hygiene but no ventilation. No body to attend . Only one receptionist busy in roaming here and there . Let your option be last in staying this hotel

Sound proofing should have been better between washroom, bedroom and the hallway. Sometimes it was quite annoying. other than that, it's a great place to stay.
