Shree Jee Home Stay

Biggest disappointment was the location which they have mapped wrongly on google. I booked this stay thinking its near the saryu river and ram katha park but it was way far from the ghat. The action location is near the Rama's cottage hotelAlso the entire area near the hotel location was under construction and it was very difficult for the auto to go there, we had to carry our luggage by ourselves.Also AC was the problem at the hotel, I had to call to intervene and get it resolved. Still AC in one of the room was not working.As a family, biggest disappointment was the wrong location the hotel has mapped, we had to walk a lot to get to the river bank and ram katha park.

This is just pathetic service i have ever witnessed. They don't have towels , cleaned bedsheets for the 2nd day! No room service on the 2nd day of stay. Even denied for towels even. And horrific was when they denied for water. And said they don't provide RO water . If you want they can provide packaged bottles only. If you just want a room then this is for you. Dont expect anything more . While checking out we got late for 15 20 minutes and he called me around 6 times just to check out and with a raised voice said extra charges lag jayega aur 10 minute hote hi.

It was a worst experience of staying there. Room owner was not at all coperative, there is common bathroom in hall and in the hall area , there was camera so it was not comfortable at all, even regular drinking water was not available for free, we had to buy mineral water from them. We wanted to stay for few extra hours and house help was continuously knocking to our room for checkout though we paid good amount for staying extra few hours. Restaurants are too far from the stay.
