Hotel Shree Krishna Palace

We had booked 'Super Delux Room' for two nights room at this hotel, which was their best offering. But..... The reception is in their 1st floor and their rooms are in 2nd and 3rd floors and there is no elevator (lift) in this hotel. Their so called-'Super Delux room' is spacious enough for two and this where the good things end. Rooms were not painted, there were molds all over the roof, wall. You are bound to get breathing problem if you stay there overnight. When we asked for them to show a different room in the same category, they showed us 5 more rooms, which were in 2nd and 3rd floor of the hotel. Everytime we denied a room saying same reason, we had to come down from 2nd or 3rd floor to 1st floor to their reception, then he used to talk to our attender and used to give another room' key, which again used to turn to be same dirty room. Trust me, I had to repeat the above 3-4 times. At one point, the attender admitted me that the 'Super delux category' room that are newly painted are already occupied. After I was not happy with any of the rooms, the person at the reception offered their another category of room which is not listed on GoIbibo for us, with an extra of Rs.250 a day. Though this another category of room was as big as 'Super Delux room' category, but walls, roof was painted and had a bigger TV (32") compared to (24" or 26") of other. Finally, we had lost steam of round trips to upstairs, we were kind of had to finalize of upgrading to this new category of room which came at its cost. We bargained and brought it to Rs.300 for two nights. The photos that are put up here by hotel and actual condition there are light years apart. Finally, I would not recommend this hotel unless If you are on tight budget, staying here just for one night and can live with molds, this is for you !!..

Hotel was okay, as expected. It's a budget hotel so won't be very fancy. Though we had check in at 12 we had reached around 5.30am and they provided a room immediately which was quite good on their behalf. Rooms are built nicely but not used as much hence there was a peculiar furniture smell. Hotel staff was available at all times for any services. Overall it was value for money and was a safe place though I'm not sure about solo female traveller. The 4 rating is mainly for prompt service.

We booked 2 rooms (one double and one single) for a night stay and the total amount was 2200, which was worth it. There was 24 hrs of hot water availability which really helps you relax after a tiring day. Room service is also good, once you ring the service request bell; within 15 seconds it gets responded. There is no restaurant attached to the hotel but there is a pure veg and a non veg dhabha close to the hotel; which is hardly 2 mins walk. All in all value for the money..

Not at all good property. No water or muddy water in taps. Staffs don't have much control and God knows where the management is.Just horrible property. Not worth even they offer it free You can't wash your face, can't bath due to muddy water. They are not cleaning it properly after a guest vacates. Hurrily prepared the room in few minutes and gave to us. It is a small lodge, don't get confused with word palace. It is a hut actually. Just horrible.
