Worst Service I ever experienced… I had booked hotel on 9th August 2016 and Goibibo provide me confirmed ticket but at time of check-in (on 14th August) hotel staff said ,”There is no such booking”. Due to heavy rush at that time I and my friends had to ******* room and had to pay a huge amount for booking. After that Goibibo was asking for my experience in Hotel time to time and there is no apology from their side. They were talking to provide me return after applying cancellation charges.

hotel is newly constructed and provides a good stay with food options. only concern is the location which is on the NH 27 and its far from abu road. But in spite of this the hotel was full.

yes if u are not planning to go to mount Abu. its too far from there and no public transport is available
