Our experience with hotels is average. Not good, not bad.We had booked a non-A/C room for 3 adults.On arriving at hotel, we were shown a room at 3rd floor, we elderly people were not comfortable on 3rd floor without lift ( no lift in hotel ) hence we requested to give us room on the ground/ first floor.They agreed to provide us A/C room on ground floor, for 4 person, with as additional charges of Rs 1200/.As the weather was pleasant, A/C was not required for us.However, we Accepted the proposal but the difference of 1200/-Enough parking space is available with hotel, which is a plus point for the hotel, but they asked us to change the direction / place of my car thrice, ( which was visible with C/C camera) although car was parked under the instruction of the attendant gone with us for assisting us for parking.We has paid for a night, which was not worth for a night stay for 3.One more plus point for the hotel is close proximity with Jwala ji temple. It is at walking distance of around 600 meters from starting point of temple.Bathroom was spacious and clean.Room interior was not worthNot bad / Not Good.

Room Is Ok But Not Perfect As Per Our Recommendation Staff Behavior Is Very Bad No Service Provided Him As Per Hotel Menu Expect Tea No Mirror In Bathroom Gate So We Will Not Satisfaction From This Hotel We Will Face Problems When Check In

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

hindi toilet, staff behavior is good. It's a budget hotel very near to mata mandir. If you looking for good interior room then it's not your choice.
