Shri Annamalai Residency

My rating is 3.5 as I had a wonderful darshan this time. I went with my family of total 4 members. it was a one night stay to visit Lord Muruga. The stay was not comfortable for my family . The service was not to the expected level. 1. No hot water after 8am. Hot water was not provided even after repeated requests. Atlast the entire family had to take bath in cold / chill water including a 7 years kid. 2. Very less number of room service people. The room service took lot of time for delivery of coffee / Dosa. I had to step out to the nearest tea stall for a cup of coffer. 3. The hotel location is far from the temple, not a walkable distance. 4. Not worth for the money you spend. I paid 2700 per night through Gobibo, which I felt was very high for a 10 hours stay.

Annamalai residency hotel is in a nice location on the state highways, but car parking on the road itself, without any security. All the road dusts on the car. expect for the manager, there are no other staff available to handle the luggages. TV was not working in my room no-101 and solar water heater under repair on that day I have stayed.Room was good, but service very poor. I have to wake up several times and come out of my room to watch that my car was safe. I will not recommend my friends to stay in that hotel. Not worth for the amount I have spent.

The worst hotel. I had never saw like this Annamalai residency at Tiruchendur. no hot water.no proper tv connection. first of all no one would not respond to your questions.very worst experience I faced there.they charged (12 pm -12 pm) but.10 am on words.they ask me to check out

Very bad experience, no room service not even water sent to room. Water heater not working. When raised a complaint, he asked us to use the next room toilet which was vacated few minutes back (not even cleaned).
