Shri Swami Samarth Niwas provides you exactly what it advertises. A home stay. In the heart of the city but still a quiet neighbourhood. Nothing fancy or luxurious but just a basic room with a bed and a clean bathroom toilet and basic supplies like towels, toothpaste and soap. A perfect place to crash in Malvan if you are a bit tight on budget. Vikram, the owner is your go to man for your needs. Several neighbouring houses provide home cooked malvani food that gets delivered right to your room. The popular Chivla beach is just a few minutes at a walking distance from this place. Just a suggestion if the windows are provided with nets, it could help for a better ventilation especially in summers. Recommended for travellers, family and friends.

We very much enjoyed our stay of 3 persons in Shri Swami Samarth Niwas for 2 days. This lodge is close to various scenic locations, temples, beaches, etc. The owner Mr. Vikram sir guided us with his valuable suggestions on places to visit, food joints, water sports, etc. I would recommend his lodge since it is value for money (with terrace). We were offered water bottles, extra cushion & blanket etc. without extra cost. I would thank Vikram sir for suggesting Rajbhog (pure veg), Atithi bamboo restaurants for lovely modak,veg biryani, paneer tikka masala, solkadi, non-veg etc. Its like a treat along with this lodge. Shri Swami Samarth's homestay is an excellent homestay ! I will give 5 out 5 stars. The reason as follows: 1. The rooms are very clean and neat. Also, the place is very peaceful. A reachable location. 2. Four wheeler parking place is also available. 3. It is nearby (walkable distance) sindhudurg fort, rock garden, malvan and chiwla beach. 4. The owner Vikram helped us during our stay. He is very much genuine and supportive. Thanks to Vikram for providing us the bike on rent. I would recommend more people who want to visit Malvan. Thanks to Vikram and also goibibo. Shir Swami Samrath is best !

Vikram, the host is very helpful. He is reachable on phone as well as watsapp. The location is 5 mins to Malwan beach where one can get ferry to Sindhudurg Fort. The host also helps in finding good places to eat and then how plan your time their and water sports. The rooms are basic but very clean. When we reached the room was made up, there were mineral water bottles, towel, soap, shampoo in the room. The washrooms were clean and it had geyser as well. Overall a very nice experience. The host is very helpful and always reachable and ready to help

The rooms are very neat and clean, even the toilets are maintaining good hygin.The owner is most humble and helpful person I ever meet.He guides you perfectly for sightseeing and also advise to save extra costs. Mr.Koyande (owner) he is very talented and young person who managed all this home stays as one man army which is very appreciative.I am extending my stay here by 2 days....loved this place and situated at very central location from all tourists spots. stay here safely and at budget costthnaks

Shree Swami Samarth Homestay is very neat and clean and peaceful place.The owner Mr.Vikram is very good, genuine,kind and helping. He guided us for all like, local site seeing, scuba diving, other water sports,sindhudurg fort visit etc. Thank you so much Vikram. I would recommend all to visit Malvan once it is very good place,beaches are very clean and water sports like scuba diving,paraciling are very good and in budget. Yes obviously stay at shree Swami Samarth Homestay...

Shri Swami Samarth. Excellent and felt like in a family home. Mr. Vikram here is one of the best person I seen. He helped and guided us beyond his duties. The rooms are clean, hygienic and and ambience is typical relaxing. Four wheeler parking space provided is a big relief. Would like to strongly recommend this homestay to whoever visiting Malvan or Tarkarli. Thanks goibibo and Mr. Vikram from Shri Swami Samarth Niwas, Malvan.

If you are looking for a good place to stay at a reasonable rate then this is the place. Walkable 10 mins distance from the Malvan Bus stand. The owner of the place is very humble and co-operative. The room itself was big enough for a couple. All the basic amenities are provided including washing powder and shampoo. You have 24/7 water heater. Totally worth the price. I'll be visiting here soon.

Our stay here was very peaceful, rooms were neat ,clean and well-maintained. Malvan beach is just 5 min and Chiwla beach around 10 min walkable distance. Malwan market was 5 min distance away from this place. Great options of nearby restaurants and home cooked food. Vikram is a great host , he is extremely helpful and made us feel homely. Also, its a budget home ,highly recommended!.

Feels like Home only .... From the clean rooms and bathrooms , everything was upto the expectations. Walking distance from sindhudurg fort, rock garden, malvan and chiwla beach. Host Mr. Vikram ensured our stay be hassle free. His hospitality and the way he guides us to plan our trip is amazing. Wonderful stay ! Shall definitely stay here when I visit Malvan again.

overall experience is very good staying at shri Swami Samarth home stay , it is situated at the centre of the Malvan town almost all tourist locations are near from this location & most important owner is very helpful he will suggest you good restaurants & tourist places & give u all required information.

I suggest anybody going to malwan should stay there if you're with family, alcohol and smoking is not allowed.. Still if you want a good guidance and friendly staff go here.. Very nice people's... Really enjoyed... Next time will stay more...

Nice staff and calm place to stay. Rooms are maintained good with proper amenities. Nearest place you can visit is Malvan beach and Sindhudurg fort. You can also visit Chivala beach and Kolamb creek which are good tourist spot to visit.

Best place to stay in malvan all point in malvan near hotel. 10 minute from malvan jetty, ganesh mandir , rock garden and chiwla beach. Rooms are clean and surrounded by trees. Mr. Vikram is owner he is very supportive.

Rooms are good and clean. you get everything you need in a budget hotel. There is no television though. Host is very helpful and gives you genuine advice about traveling.
