The resort is quite old and shrigo have taken lease from Govt and trying to maintain it. Otherwise the resort is adjacent to Bekal fort. There are individual cottages and all have garden view. Management should expedite the maintenance and start the restaurant soon inside resort as the food is ordered from outside which was also delicious. Staff are very supportive and smiling always. Lot of peacocks in the resort which is beautiful treat in the nature. Few mins from resort there is a public beach and park which is very nice. Also the beach has floating bridge for 30 to 50 mtrs from sea shore and it was a different experience altogether for Rs.100 each. If you are a non veg lover then don't forget to eat lunch at Apple restaurant 2 min walk to main road. Anjal fry and their signature biriyani was delicious. Overall great experience

stay was pleasant...staffs were really friendly...the restaurant was not working and had a difficult time to get breakfast as there are no nearby restaurants at morning...the beach is 100 MTR walkable distance but the way to beach from stay is really scary as an unused well which was not properly protected by walls....rooms were neat value for money with coffee maker,fridge,coffee ,tea sachet and with milk powder provided... really a recommended stay at a reasonable budget and amenities are at par with other nearby beach hotels who makes a big hole in your pocket...... a calm and quiet area with some area for kids play and near by beach...a homely atmosphere rather than a hotel atmosphere..really a place for refreshment from a busy hectic life

Nice location.... just beside the Bekal Fort... nice hospitality.... nice rooms.... nice ambience..... just the one thing that I did not like is that they don't operate the in house restaurant during lean seasons. Otherwise it was a nice experiance. Would advice everyone to try this resort if you are in Bekal. It is safe... close to Bekal Fort, so no need to walk for a long distance or hire cab. Ample space for kids to run around & enjoy themselves.

Pros: Located just within 100 mtrs of the fort. Good accessibility Decent rooms. Helpful staff Value for money. Cons: Mosquitoes in room in spite of A/Cs. No restaurant...but we already knew that. Not Beachfront like other fancy resorts nearby. But still we suggest it if it is just for a night stay over and if you are okay to drive down for food..

it was good stay i can say . the staff was friendly and answered every time when we asked anything. room and washroom was clean . we had no complaints . good garden view. I must say we felt little costly for the room we stayed but since it was newyear time we had no complaints about it .

Staff were very kind and they upgraded us to Family room without extra charges. (Double occupancy might be too small if you have a kid) It was a very good experience, both fort and beach are walkable from resort. If they had thier own kitchen, it would have been the perfect experience.

Rooms are so small but surrounding is good and literally bekal fort io just opposite the resort. for family its quite and nice location to stay without any outside disturbance. kids can enjoy the park kind of surrounding. u can hear the beach waves 24*7

Was a pleasant stay. Tranquil atmosphere near Bekal to be away from the busy schedules.The manager and staffs were so welcoming and warm. There is room for improvement in the amenities. Last but not the least peacocks do visit at the evenings.

It's a vibe Hotel stay inside the premises of Bakel Fort. The Bakel beach is also just a walkable distance from the property. Rooms were spacious as per the budget.But, not a great one.But with the Goibibo Offer the room was enough for Us.

property is good.... just beside bekal fort ... u can very well stay there .. but not fully maintained... also no food availability ... good for those looking for secluded place... full privacy... in fact u can try once

the rooms were really bad. there was snails in bathroom, fungus on fan and the floor was sand. had to call front desk for towels
