My recent stay at this hotel was rather average, with several areas needing improvement. While the property itself is decent, the service left much to be desired. First, the Wi-Fi was a recurring issue. I had to remind the staff multiple times to fix it, which became frustrating. Similarly, the TV wasn't recharged, and I had to call the front desk to address that as well. The breakfast was below average, so I wouldn’t recommend opting for a room with breakfast included. It lacked variety, and the quality was disappointing. Basic amenities were also not replenished without prompting. I had to ask for the shower gel and handwash soap to be refilled, and even room cleaning was not done proactively — I had to remind the staff for that too. Overall, the hotel requires constant follow-ups from guests for things that should be done as standard. If you don’t mind reminding the staff for every little thing, it’s passable, but if you expect proactive service, this may not be the place for you.

I am booked presidential suit but there are refrigerator, washing machine not available. coffee cattle and mugs are very dirty staff no say to hiii,gm,namaste it is not good and both rooms bads are big dust and spider web are also available bad side toilet not properly cleaned body wash hand wash all bottles same liquid complimentary breakfast service is very bad staff is not come to right time I am also share spider web photo bad side

It's an excellent stay, staff is very professional, service is very good and fast, rooms, washrooms, lobby,etc are very well maintained and clean. Food is good too and at a very reasonable price. Overall my experience was very good and hasselfree. There is nothing I can complain of.
