The check in was absolutely simple with no hassles. Room was already booked in my name so didnt have any problem. The room was clean and well maintained. The washroom was also well maintained with all fittings working well. It is not exactly a hotel but a service apartment . They have a very dining room on the roof for breakfast but also provide it in rooms if required. The complimentary breakfast was awesome Location is excellent, very close to Panagal Park and ideally located for those interested in shopping.�

I had a experience where hotel cancelled my booking on check in day even after receiving confirmed status in *****hotel booking. Made couple of calls to *****and Shylee Niwas to sort out this issue. This was really bad experience for me after getting message "We received your booking and no need to call and check". I had call and convince hotel manager or some one to get the accommodation confirmed which was terrible.. Guys This is not a charity
