My stay at Hotel Siddhi Palace was an utter disappointment, and I strongly advise others to avoid it. The lack of basic amenities was the biggest issue. There was no warm water for most of our stay, and it was only provided in the final hours. This was incredibly frustrating, as warm water should be available at all times. Additionally, they were unable to provide an extra blanket on demand, which further added to our discomfort.The manager was rude and unprofessional, showing no interest in addressing our concerns, which made the experience even more unpleasant.Another major issue was the complete lack of furniture in the rooms. There was nothing other than the bed – no chairs, tables, or basic furnishings. This made the stay uncomfortable. To add to the discomfort, the mattress on the bed was extremely stiff and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.As if all of this wasn’t enough, one of our rooms was given to someone else, despite our reservation. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable.In conclusion, my experience at Hotel Siddhi Palace was terrible, and I would highly recommend finding a different place to stay that values customer comfort and service.

I have not stayed here.... as was late due to traffic jam from prayagraj to Ayodhya yesterday night.....so please refund my amt as I have not stayed Even hotel has also confirmed NO SHOW
