since I faced difficulty in finding hotel, I tried to call hotel people, but nobody has picked up the call. It wasted my more than an hour. however, hotel was 10 minute away from bus stand. When I reached hotel, receptionist said he has no knowledge about my booking. after some time he called somebody and confirmed my booking. Again wastage of time. There was no lift for hotel lastly, In couple of occasion, somebody tried to unlock my door without knocking it. this is a violation of basic ethics of courtesy

Not satisfied. Pros - 1. Location. Located at the centre of Town. Near to Bust Stand. 2. All shops are very nearby. 3. AC room within budget Cons - 1. Though wifi was mentioned, but not available. 2. No food service 3. Not very clean. Starins found on bed sheet and Towel. 4. Mug at the bathroom was broken. No suport.

the environment is very noisy and some guests who use to come there use to shout till late night. i was not anle to sleep properly for the whole night because of noises. but, the manager's behaviour is very good.

it was very horrible, sheets were not washed, blankets were bad smelling and, mirror was broken and couch was covered with dust. toilets were also not good.

Hotel room is good and hotel owner very helpful. But no service is there, even morning tea is from outside. Only package drink water is available.
