Very bad experience.. reception people are very rude.. very careless people.. every time we ask for food without onion n garlic.. n they serve all food with onion n garlic.. my mother is allergic to onions n garlic.. even after informing this.. they use to repeat same mistake.. most of facilities which they have mentioned for Premium room was not available.. even bed sheets were not clean.. shower is not working.. shower cap not available.. dental kit not available.. room charges were high but facilities were very less.. my mom just hate the way they treat us.. one of the worst experience of my life.. not recommend this hotel at all

During my stay, I encountered multiple significant issues: * Non-functional Landline: The landline phone in my room was not working, making it impossible to contact room service. This was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating. * Dirty Room: The room was notably dirty, which is unacceptable for any accommodation, let alone one for which I paid a premium. * No Lunch Service: To my dismay, lunch service was entirely unavailable. This severely impacted my ability to dine comfortably at your establishment. I have attached a snap for your reference, which further illustrates the issues encountered.

Had stayed overnight with family. The overall experience was good. The rooms were decent with all basic amenities. Just the room service needs to be worked upon. Had to call them multiple times just to get water and tea.
