HOTEL SITARA GRAND MIYAPUR

Hi, I feel all is well, this hotel is on the main road, very little noisy, but its manageable. No problem. Every thing seems to be OK here, only I felt very painful at the time of bill settlement., but one day was extended, so I need to settle the bill), I was very hurry to go to airport, at that moment, the receptionist was very lazy though I clearly mentioned about my schedule. Almost two hours before I mentioned here about my schedule, she was not prompt in making the bill ready. She makes me too tense by asking me to sit and doing other work, who are not in hurry. I repeatedly asking her to complete my work, she very calmly says that wait, wait, it irritates me too. Only because of her late billing process, I lost lot of things. Management has to take severe action on this. This matter should not be neglected. Otherwise other guests will lost more. Other than this incidence, all is really good. Food is also good. Service is also good.

Giving only 4 star . main reason for this. complimentary Dinner what hotelier provide to Guest is very small qty. like wise.1) Biryani of any choice. qty portion is very it should be at least good enough for single person to enjoyed the food in at least medium qty.just like complimentary Breakfast.multiple option and served very well with delicious taste 😋👌2) Option for complimentary dinner is curry and only 2 Rotis. which is also very less for single person. normally single guy can have 4 rotis at time but hotel served only 2 rotis.it is not like that guest can't purchase the extra food, it's only after having portion complimentary food next Order will be wastage of food which is for me more important.Requesting to hotel at least serve curry and 2 + 2 Rotis as on required and good enough biryani portion for single guest. or In-short can give set meal either veg or non veg, like rice, curry, 2 rotis, curd papad etc. just suggestion.

This hotel is situated right by the main road, so getting access to transport is easy. The staff are courteous and act in a professional manner. The quality of the room I stayed in was top-notch.
