The hotel check in was not hassle free, we paid money even for complementary breakfast which should be provided free of cost. The front desk guys in the morning were kind of bit rude. I checked in sitara Miyapur didn’t face this issue. Please work on these points and try to be respectful to people as we are paying so much money.

null of the paid tv channels were subscribed,lift not working, washroom light going off every 30sec. Breakfast timing was too late. Most of the business travelers would leave the hotel before 8am, then How will somebody avail breakfast if they start it at 8.30 am.

Good hotel in Ramachandrapuram ,stayed there to commute to IIT Hyderabad. hotel rooms are very spacious. breakfast needs improvement.overall good. food is slightly expensive compared to the area. but they will allow you to order from Zomato.

AC and water heater was not working. I was allotted seperat room in last night where water heating jug was not present. All in all the stay was not pleasant.
