We stayed at Sivans Inn from October 6th to 7th and booked two deluxe rooms for our family. While the location was convenient, our overall experience was disappointing. Despite multiple requests, we asked the staff to turn on the water heater for just 10 to 15 minutes in the evening due to the cold weather. They cited a power issue, stating that turning on the heaters would cause an outage, but assured us the heaters would be available in the morning. However, even in the morning, we had to remind them to switch them on, and in one of the rooms, the heater remained non-functional. Additionally, basic amenities such as drinking water were not provided, and the staff's indifferent attitude made the experience worse. Their lack of attention to these essential services left us deeply dissatisfied. Regrettably, we cannot recommend this hotel.

The room were not available at the time of our arrival .our arrival time at hotel was at 1500 hours. we were waited nearly 30 mins and when we asked about the delays the hotel person in charge says " If you can't wait ,cancel your bookings". That was the hospitality we received. Secondly no room service available.

The room was not clean. Had to change the first room shown. Couldn't tolerate the smell in the restroom (room 106) In the second room, AC was not working, the bed was full of strains. No door mats provided, no water, soap or towel. Had to cover the pillow with my own towel before using. Maintenance is very poor.

Pros 1.Cleanliness was good 2. 10 min walking distance to temple 3. The reception guy was very friendly Cons 1. Not professional 2. water bottles not given as per itinerary 3. Towels are not provided in the room, we were forced to collect it from reception. Overall it's a nice stay.

The stay was really horrible and we are completely not satisfied with it. 1. Rooms were not cleaned and was badly stinking 2. Restrooms were smelling so bad 3. Insects and ants were there on bed 4. Pillow covers and Bed spreads were not changed and had many stains

we had a suite room. it could be better if it were two bathrooms rather having an single large bathroom. For 8 people having one bathroom would be difficult to manage. Otherwise everything was great.

Service personnel are friendly but they are not up to the job - Room 106 did not even have a towel rod in bathroom!you have to ask for towel and soap. Otherwise neat and okay

The only concern we have is that room size is not enough for 3 persons... In a few rooms an extra bed is not available, the heater is not working in a few rooms...

Worst room. AC is not cooling properly. Heater is not working. The room is not worth for money. Behaviour of worker is not good.

We stayed one day for murugan darshan and it is ok for family and 10 mins walk to temple . Food around this area looks ok.
