We didn't ask for an extra bed but had to pay for it for an additional kid. Technicians couldn't repair the T.V after 3 visits. Cozy room is very small n not worth the money.

First of all i would like to thank Mr. Santhose kumar, from office manage. He made my check in and check out as my request. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Nice appearance, very neat and clean. Very big parking place. Front desk is polite, quick and helpful. Free Wi-fi is available. Swimming pool is also good Kids play area is there though small. One if the worst stay i ever had. I booked two rooms, one of the rooms AC didn't work, after multiple call to the reception and 3 more hours in the hot summer night they shifted to a new room, e. Other room doesn't have bucket to take bath, they didn't provide even the basic amenities. Overall we had sleepless night in the hit summer. Never going to come back again

I regularly visited many cities for my work regularly but first tym I got this bad experience Their mattress is very bad I am not even sleep in night due to very spongy Even got back pain Then I request for extra bed on floor then I m able to sleep Also when I asked for invoice they don’t give me invoice and they even don’t provided computerised bill

My staying experience was good. Strategically located near to the station. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom was felt like very old and they tried to renovate, but failed to steal the show. Food price I felt was little expensive. Too many alcohol options and very less food options to eat. Other than these, everything was nice.

Located near the NH, the hotel is clearly visible from the main road. The 7th floor is non smoking. We were initially allotted 4th floors which had smoking rooms. The rooms are decently sized. Food was delicious. Beds were spring beds and could have been better.
