would recommend everyone to stay in this hotel. The staff here are very polite and prompt. Reception area is kind of lively and the people at reception are very kind and friendly. Rooms are clean as expected, couldn't find a single unclean spot in my room. overall my experience at this hotel was very amazing and i will always chose HOTEL SIVILA for future stays.

I had a 1 night stay on the way back from Kasauli. Remarkable hospitality received at the reception, fast check-in and super fast service. The rooms were very fresh and clean. Ordered a few dishes which tasted amazing. Would highly recommend this hotel as it the first hotel on Shimla Kalka highway, superb location and friendly staff.

Overall, I had a great experience with Hotel Sivila. Front desk staff Mr. T.P. Sharma is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to enjoy the weekend.

Well maintained property on Himalayan Expressway but you hardly hear any traffic in your room , helpful staff . Ok food rates are ok also .. will highly recommend to stay .. if you r with your family take bigger room .
