Room was clean and housekeeping did a good job. Hotel can provide dental kit in bathrooms There's a family restaurant in 2nd floor which serves good food, though price is on higher side. Orders were served reasonably quick in that restaurant. For breakfast, I always went out as there are some local tiffin centres within 5 mts walk. Hotel staff also offered to bring breakfast to room on pay basis, but they didn't tell me where exactly they will buy breakfast from. There is also a pub & bar in 4th floor, which I didn't visit. Due to it, there's always lot of people movement in evening hours and it sort of disturbs the hotel stay environment. Don't be surprised if you face drunk people in the corridors or staircase or elevator. Hotel is suitable for short stay of 2-3 days for business travelers but will not recommended for families

the hotel was good. neat and clean. the staff was awesome. The winner for me was the family restaurant on the 2nd floor. superb ambience and great food. the only thing that concerned me was the presence of a pub on 4th floor as the entry of the hotel, the exit and lifts were all common for hotel guests and pub guests. it can get nasty if someone drunk is speaking a foul language while you are trying to enter or exit your room and hotel premises. I did not have to face this problem though(someday someone might have to deal with it). Overall a great experience.

This was my worst possible stay at any of the Hotels. Have you ever heard of being charged at the time of check out, just because there were some slight food stains on the bedsheet? Didn't hear about it earlier? me neither. get ready for a the worst experience ever if you're going forward and booking rooms here. These people have baseless policies and too money-minded in terms of charging for the slightest things possible.

mind it, it's a lodge not a hotel,so people saying about the unavailability of food is not valid, anyway the staff thrives to serve you within their extend, ammenties of the rooms are top notch, situated at a very good location in the city and with a good top floor restaurant it altogether makes it a good deal

Management should look into how their employees behave with the guests. They don't even know to knock the door and get permission from the guests to enter the room. Toilet were nasty. Food is average. Will not recommend for family.

Good stay.. Room was clean and neat. food facility not there u have to call outside hotel for food. I liked it, there is mini refrigerator and **** tray in the room. Drinks are bit expensive. Overall good.
