HOTEL SOUPARNIKA BOARDING AND LODGING

This was the second time we stayed at Souparnika hotel. I would say it's one of the best hotels that I have seen. Plenty of parking space, excellent spacious room, well behaved staff, and a wonderful restaurant ( we went only to pure veg restaurant. They have another separate restaurant for nonveg and drinks). There are lots of positives and few negatives as well. But overall it's been wonderful stay. Positives:1. Excellent environment2. Spacious room 3. Well behaved staff4. Mouth watering food in veg restaurantNegatives:1. They take too much time to serve in restaurant and most of the time servers and few other guys are just standing and chatting. They should be sensitized to handle customers. Sometimes it's very irritating. 2. Without us asking, they don't serve complimentary water bottle every day.3. TV cable was not coming and it showed Tata sky membership has expired. Since we never bothered to watch TV it was fine. But throughout nobody asked if TV was working. The same goes for WiFi ( Anyway I used my mobile data).4. No hot water in bathroom even at 7.30 am. Anyway we used cold water for bathing as weather was quite hot.5. Sometimes they forget what was asked during room service. For Ex: if we want low sugar tea they would forget and serve normal tea which had too much sweetness!. Again bit unprofessional.Still with all these negatives I would give them five stars! There is room for improvement though.

I booked one deluxe room with complementary breakfast for two adults. But the hotel is denying complementary breakfast and upon persual capping it to 60 INR per person. Also the staff is not curteous. They called early morning demanding check out at 12pm. They demand any additional supplied item money then and there itself be it mid of night or real early morning.

No value for money, if u stay with children don't dinning this hotel because it is attached with bar, bath rooms not ok, cupboard fittings are falling down not able hang the clothes, room boys are not coming while entering the room, food is very costly, I will not recomends this hotel to stay

The Hotel was very good. The room was spacious. The view was amazing! But the claimed 24X7 hot water was not there. even when the reception desk said, the heater was on, we had to wait for almost an hour and also had to waste a couple buckets of water. Also, there was no TV service.
