hey have 2 different properties,secondly as we been in room found all floor tiles of bathroom are broken ,jet sprey wasn't working when checked handle come off immediately,we asked for bucket but have to wait for 2.5 hrs for this, then we ordered dinner it was cold got it reaheated and inspite of asking to not to make it spicy as it's for kids they did,we asked for water and reminded them 4 times in two hours but hey didn't provide finally had argument at reception and then taken water bottle

service was very bad, they donot fulfill their promises , which they offer through goibibo. hi tea was complementary in our stay, but they denied to serve, when we show then they serve just two cookies with tea. even after asking many times for without sugar tea, they served tea with more sugar. tv was not operating in the room. no one came to fixup the issue. food was also tasteless. i will not recommend anyone to stay there.

This hotel is an old construction having issues with hygeine. The matress smelled fishy, the dustbin in both rooms was broken and rusty, Towel was clean but with multiple color marks. Service is poor as we had to make multiple calls for most services required. our room was changed due to AC malfunctioning. Please avoid if you have other options.

horrible drainage system, flush malfunctioning, no hot water in the shower. lack of basic necessities like doormat. however, the room was great, the staff was lovely, the breakfast was 100/100. everything else was amazing. they just need to fix their water problems

It was an amazing experience with sparrow hotel.Location is very convenient.Food was delicious with multiple varieties to enjoy.Staff was polite and ready to help there guests in every way possible. If you are going to alwar this hotel is pocket friendly option.

rooms are very small, rooms are dirty and very old, telecom and AC not working in room, even after written complaint no one listens to the problem , flush in the washroom was not working. I do not recommend anyone to stay here. 2 worst night

It was a pleasure stay at Hotel..Staff are very gentle and caring..Service quality is good...Breakfast and dinner was also palatable. .People should stay here if they wish to have comfort stay at Alwar...

satisfactory stay at the hotel..the staff is cooperative and helpful.room was also nicely made. electric sockets in the room are not working. cabinet for hanging clothes is missing in the room.
