I recently had an unpleasant experience at this hotel due to the unprofessional behavior of the front desk lady. While the rest of the staff, particularly the night shift boy, were very polite and helpful, the conduct of the front desk lady was a stark contrast. It seems she holds a prejudiced view against guests who book their stays . During my second visit within a week, I had a simple request, but instead of addressing it, she outright dismissed me, stating that the hotel cannot entertain any special requests for bookings. It was clear this attitude stemmed from the pricing difference, the rates offered online were slightly lower than the high prices charged for direct bookings at the reception. If this discrepancy is an issue for the hotel,The front desk is the first point of interaction for any guest, and such unprofessional behavior reflects poorly on the establishment. However, I must acknowledge the night shift boy, whose excellent service and warm attitude made up for this unpleasant encounter to some extent. I urge the management to provide proper training to their front desk staff, especially on maintaining professionalism and treating all guests with respect, regardless of how they made their booking.
