I have recently stayed at the hotel and it truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect. This hotel goes above and beyond in providing exceptional service, maintaining top-notch rooms, offering delicious cuisine, and creating a memorable ambience. The hotel's restaurant ambience was expectional. The quality of the food was outstanding. The staff was friendly and very well mannered. Manager asked us to have a look at the dinner buffet items, we would have missed an excepional dinner if we hadn't looked at the items. Special kudos to managers and staff in the restaurant 👌 What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional level of hospitality provided by the staff. From the moment I checked in, I was treated with genuine warmth and professionalism. And then there were the rooms. Spacious, luxurious, and impeccably clean. The amenities were remarkable. The housekeeping staff maintained the rooms impeccably, ensuring a consistently high standard of cleanliness.

We were enroute Bangalore from native and were looking for a place for nite pitstop when we stumbled upon this one, just located next to he NH6 this has proximity benefit. First look at the hotel, the entrance, gives you a premium feeling. The room was plush with all the requirements fulfilled to T. Staff were courteous to request, and prompt in handling same. The in-house restaurant prepares yummy food, we infact 'relished' the dishes and same was the case with the complementary breakfast, only thing was due to our travel plans we had to leave bit early without tasting the complete spread they had on offer as they were still adding items, but we still liked what all was available till we finished. A definite recommendation!! The premium and plush feeling and add to that the yummy food on offer !!

They asked for additional 1000rs for my driver to stay at their facility in the driver's room. They insisted to make this payment in cash without any bill. I would request the Hotel authority and management to look into this matter. I would also request team to look into this matter with the hotel for offering the services without any bill for cash.

The hospitality and hotel services were good. I signed in with a leg injury and they provided wheel chair services and took care of my stay. Good hotel and good care. food is good and promptly served. only regret is the bathroom floor is higher than room floor so with my leg injury had to get into the bathroom with difficulty.
