    this customer was not good , their charecter and behaving is not good, then how can we treat them well, they had broke a costly mirror in their room they taken, but they was no ready to reveal that at on time that has hapend, they only told us that when they going to check out, it was a srong mirror, they said that it has fell down itself, but we r sure that it was very strong and will never fell down unless anyone pull it, its totaly their mistake but there was not ready to admit their mistake, this customer's behave was too bad expecialy of a old man, remember 'give respectbanf take respect' , this customer's bahavier was too bad , then how can we calm, they gifted us lot of cost by broking a costly mirror, if the mirror fell dwon and broke due to its fitting problem, y they did not told that on time that happening, they told us only when we going to check rooms at their check out time, this customer is totaly with bad charecter,
