The room was dirty. The water closet was sitting type, not comode. I am an elderly man. I did not check in and moved to a different hotel. the accommodation was not satisfactory.

It's an insult if one take photos in Murugan Room. Very bad experience. One of the worst room I have ever come across. Worth to stay on railway platform instead.

Good & pleasant stay it was as the service provided by the staff of the hotel was good. Location was also fine. Cleanliness is maintained within the hotel.

The hotel is not of any standard. The hygiene is so low, less said the better. Rooms are not tidy and unclean and toilets stinks.
