horrible experience. No lift service. No room boy to carry to luggage to the upstairs. forget food, even coffee/tea/milk was not available. No toilet items. No towel. No intercom. How can you call it a deluxe room?  There are plenty of good hotels.  It is a isolated residency. Away from dharmastala and Ujire. For this dirty hotel I was charged exhorbatantly. Actually it is a hotel for emergeny. When you can't find any rooms in dharmastala and you are desperate to find a room for a night stay, then there is no other go.you have stay in this hotel. flush was not working. I had to go downstairs to complain,(no intercom). Hot water was not coming. Again I had to go down stairs to search and call the person. I realised, when you complain he will provide hot water. I think he controls by way of valve. Funny thing is you will get only hot water or cold . you can't mix.The only plus point was AC was working.  There are only two persons managing the affairs of this hotel. One looks after every complants pertaining to rooms.( of course, you have to search him personally. And only one lady worker is there for cleaning the rooms. from 10 to 4 o"clock. After 4 she is not available. These things I came to know when I was virtually begging to carry our luggages to up stairs, We are both senior ctizens and we both have knee and leg problems. Please send one of your staff to have a look at this hotel. Oh I forgot to mention two more things. Red ants were moving around the cot! And no water was coming in the sink tap . When I complained ( of course had to go to downstairs) He came , checked and declared that since the water is hard ( salty water) it is blocked. he was polite enough to say that he don,t know how to repair it. i think we checked in at the hotel around 4.30 pm left for Dharmastala temple by 5.30 pm. Getting food in the night was another biggest problem. Fortunately we had hired taxi from bangalore. You can imagine the plight of other tourists who don't have their own conveyance in this area. In the and said good bye to the hotel in the early morning it self and had a coffee at ujire. Memorable experieence!

I checked in on 18th evening around 6pm had a quick bath and went for Dharmasthala dharshan. Came back by 8.30 and settled down by 9.30. But through out rhe night i felt some insects creeping on me by i did not bother since i was extemely tired. Around 4.30 am i could not take it anymore and i caught an insect biting my back and to my HORROR it was a bed Bug. I am utterly shattered since it had drank my blood. And as far as i know getting bitten by bed bugs is the worst rhing ever. Infact this js my first time and im totally depressed. I went for an ac deluxe room paying more than the non ac even rhough i was to leave at 6 am on 9th. This is very disappointing... it is very unhealthy and unhygenic. I am deeply worried where else the bed bugs were biting me and usually they get int bags i have heard..  deeply affecting my peace, sleep, health and iam extremely disappointed. According to the location it bit far away from the min temple but we can easily locate it. However there was worst management, worst cleanliness, and nothing was good.I would have rated it in minus, if there would have any option.Had a pathetic experience.

The stay was bad. The hotel is untidy. Room was untidy. There was lizard in the room and cockroach in the bathroom. They gave me a different room which was ok. There were lizards all over the hotel building. They should keep it clean. Very disappointed.
