absolutely horrendous experience. the AC stopped working in the night. no water available in the bathroom in the morning. All guests left on their own. There can be a bad day where water supply doesn't work for whatever reason. But even after giving the bucket and waiting for 30 mins, didn't get any water. Please avoid till the time they take the basics seriously.

The room was neat and tidy, excellent for family stay. But it's expensive in that location. They should provide tissues, towels & soap for this price range. But they don't provide any of the basic things and even you don't get water. No room services available like tea/coffee or food.

We stayed there only for a night. Good place if you are looking to stay overnight. For food you need to go to a nearby hotel though. Everything was good except that the place was a bit noisy as you can hear other guests shouting in corridors :)

Very good hospitality and neat rooms. one suggestion they should provide a litre water bottle & soap and tooth pasteRest room' was clean...no disturbance from the staff.

rates are very high. there have not provided towels, soaps. bedsheets and pillows are to be maintained. reception and service is poor.
