Sri Sri Suites

one apartment may contain 2 or 3 rooms. in that one of the room will be provided. The whole apartment was reeking with cigarette smell and naphthalene balls. living room and kitchen are common area which are shared between the guests. Moreover even during COVID times, no temperature screening is done before entering the apartment. people were sitting in the living room ( which is a shared space ) on the couch in their undergarments smoking and complete disregard to hygeine. Very dim lights were used in living room. it's definitely not recommended to families with little kids to stay here. it would definitely not be a decent experience with the family. although all of the above observations were of other guests, the front desk and house keeping people are very friendly, kind and helping towards the guests. I wish if they maintain a little better hygiene and rools in the common shared spaces, Sri Sri suites ( aka Namo suites) would be great choice to opt for staying. I hope the management would consider my input in making this place a memorable one to stay

I recommend not to book if u haven't found any of the property nearby you can book this hotel there are stains all over the room including bed bed sheets pillows curtains you can see stains everywhere even on the walls this property is not well maintained smells really bad in the room they provide kitchen without any amenities. The bed mattress is so hard can't able to sleep uncomfortable bed found some bedbugs and Lenin is not also washed I recommend not to stay in this property and the property is not Sanitized properly by the management the housekeeping staff is very poor in terms of knowledge and in terms of cleaning you can find a better hotels with the same price As a solo traveler I don't recommend this stay for any of the other travelers so please avoid this Hotel

It was very worst experience i had one man is there in front office his name is very rude behaviour with customers i booked I have paid money in advance but still they didn't give the room which is we selected and that too he is arguing with us about economy and deluxe room even he don't know deference between economy and deluxeplease don't go for this rooms it's not at all clean good location easy to find but that management is not good not politethey're treating customers in very wrong way....if someone looking for accommodation please don't go for this rooms definitely you will be regret after bookinggo for some good recidency with same cost with good hospitality managementI have wasted my money not worthy no cleanness

The cleanness in the room was very poor. The bed and bedsheets were very dirty. We felt cigarette smell in the room which caused work feeling which we ever experienced before. Staff behavior is not good enough to handle its customers. In my personal experience, they did not treated us like a customer.
