Basic hotel located at a convenient spot of the city with good room sizes. Amenities viz. AC, Geyser, TV are found to be working. Hotel lobby, corridor & overall facade look good. But maintenance is sub par & customer care is horrible. Towels, bed sheets, blankets, pillow covers have stain marks & are smelly. Washroom is dirty with outdated sanitary fittings. Toilet pot has yellow stench & appears to be unhygienic, I have to use toilet paper in it. Room has small cockroaches here & there. Room didn't have dustbin initially but got one after requesting. Reception personnel is not rude but kind of unwelcoming. He handed over the room key directly to me and blatantly instructed to open the room in a hotel in which I am visiting for the 1st time. It's only after reporting that room lock cover is broken, he sent a lady to oversee the matter. This is very unprofessional approach. This hotel is not recommended at all. Good maintenance & customer service can only bring back customers here.

Dirty rooms, towels, no toiletries and no kitchen or restaurant and yet charged for complimentary breakfast. Hotel is old with fungus on the wall. can get infection easily. Never go to this hotel.

hotel bathroom is not clean and bed is not clean. water leakage and bathroom door is not closed properly, due to water leakage i can not sleep properly. very bad experience with this hotel.

very bad experience..... room service is absolutely worst.,...not a good communication to customer.....room is also third class.....not to go in this hotel....
