i recently stayed at ss palace, which is conveniently located a short distance (2-2.5 km) from the temple. the room i had was decent and clean, providing a comfortable space for relaxation after a day of exploring. while it wasn’t particularly luxurious (there are options with more budget-friendly amenities), it met my needs and offered a satisfactory stay. parking at ss palace was convenient, with ample space available, which was a significant plus given the busy surroundings. the hotel’s restaurant was serviceable, though it didn’t stand out as exceptional but fine. what truly made my stay enjoyable was the friendly and accommodating staff. in summary, ss palace offers good value for its location and cleanliness.

Definitely not a 3-star hotel. While it is located in the main city, it is overpriced for the experience it offers. The hotel is poorly maintained with below-average hygiene. The AC was noisy and not cooling effectively. The room had a strong cigarette smell, and the bedsheet had stains and even holes. The buffet was underwhelming, with only a limited selection of dishes and no fruit options. Overall, a bad experience—I would not recommend it.

the rooms were okay. but still there is an issue with hygiene. the rooms had spots and we ordered food 2 times, both times there was hair in food. some action needs to be taken and the hotel should ensure proper hygiene practices.

Rooms were clean however few electrical fittings were not working. No free laundry services as claimed while booking. The room attendant could have been more cordial.

nice specious room value for money. location very good. only concern is ,in breakfast very limited north india menu and breads are not toasted. overall nice stay.

It was good but not maintained properly. I had power issues multiple times and washroom's door was not getting closed properly. Other things were ok.

The hotel staff is not supportive.. we asked for a towel and pillows. No kettle in the room and the toiletries were missing.
