Stay Insta Service Apartment

Stay Insta Serviced Apartments has by far been one of the best serviced apartments I have checked into after a very long time. Having travelled extensively and recently switching over from the regular hotels to serviced apartments, I must confess, these guys have got me hooked on to this new style of being home away from home. The hospitality, services offered and most important very comfortable room, makes me look no further when ever I come to this city of Dreams, Mumbai! Thank you Team StayInsta for always being so kind and accommodating me everytime on my last minute requests. Cheers !

While the quality of the rooms provided is good, the hotel description is not accurate. This is a shared service apartment, meaning that additional guests may be staying in the same space. Depending on which room you are allotted, you may not have a private bathroom (one room uses the apartment's common bathroom). A key to the main apartment door is also not provided, and you must rely on staff to come to the overall apartment room to grant entry - this can be inconvenient if you are wishing to come and go freely.

The location of the hotel makes it difficult to access it the first time for most people if you don't know the area. suitable for people working in Nirlon Knowledge Park. navigation around the area needs local knowledge as any map app isn't suitable. Check in and services are good. Overall good value for money.

Good room but no soap in bathroom , asked but long wait , towel was not fresh , breakfast & chargeable dinner was worst even street food is in good taste , quality & served hot . Can't go again .
