वहा पर सभी कुछ अच्छा था लेकिन शायद बुकिंग से जाने पर रिसेप्शन पर बैठे कुलदीप को शायद बुकिंग पसंद नही आई ,तो उसने बहुत रुडली बिहेव किया, हा मैनेजर काफी सुपोर्टिव है,लेकिन मेरे हिसाब से बुकिंग के जरिए नही जाना चाहिए यहां पर, क्योंकि मैंने कहा कि कुलदीप भैया एक घंटा हो गया है और रूम में पीने का पानी नहीं है तो कुलदीप का रिप्लाई था ही मंगा लो जैसे रूम बुक किया था, फिर हमने कहा कि भैया 7 दिन का स्टे है तो उसका जवाब आया भैया बुकिंग करवाई है 12:00 बजते ही कमरे से बाहर निकाल दूंगा.... हमने कहा भैया रूम की सफाई नहीं हुई है तो कहता है ऑनलाइन वालों को बोलो हम से थोड़ी रूम बुक किया है आपने...

room below average. all fun services out of order or in renovation. all furniture are more then 20year old.lots of maintenance need only 1 or 2 tv channel. can get brackfast after 9am ,no tea or coffie available after and before 9am to 9pm.menus in print so no room services idea what to order.if u call only brade and butter and that also very poor.only good thing I found is staff who where there to help u but they can not do much as they have their own restrictions.shortly. if u want to stay in room with family with 2 time food facility u can go other wise batter stay home.

The location of this property is not recommended. So far from main stream of the routes. You cant get any local conveyance and need to hire special taxi or your own vehicle.. In night it's impossible to get any vehicle to reach. Though property is good but bit expensive too! The maintenance is average, house keeping is balanced, the food is no complain but expensive a bit.

Too much bad experience. 1. Room tiles are broken 2. AC is not working well 3. Not found good hospitality by staff 4. Problem not resolved after complaining to manager 5. Not found extra 6. Upper management is not supported properly Final words, don't waste your money here. Not clean and AC is not working. Not found comfort as per cost.

pathetic room service, asked for food menu immediately after check in, no one responded. reached restaurant and asked for the same, still didnt got. good hotel for only swimming pool access, not for stay

everything was good & experienced best but the cost of One ltr water bottle price 110.00 is very high so pls kindly consider, rest of food & tea Rates was ok water bottle 1 ltr @ 110 is not justified.
