Stone Wood Jungle Resort

We had a wonderful stay at Stone Wood Jungle Resort, Dandeli. The resort is located in an absolutely serene and scenic location, surrounded by lush greenery that gives you the perfect escape from the city rush. The check-in process was quick and smooth, thanks to Ms. Surekha, who not only helped us settle in but also took the time to explain the property rules and available activities, which was really helpful. Her warm hospitality made us feel welcomed right from the start. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered beautiful views of the surrounding nature truly ideal for a peaceful retreat. The property is well-maintained, with plenty of open space, a lovely swimming pool, and great spots to relax and soak in the jungle vibe. The restaurant serves a good variety of dishes, and the taste was absolutely fantastic every meal we had was satisfying and well-prepared. There are multiple activities available for those seeking adventure or simply some fun it’s a great balance between relaxation and excitement. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A perfect getaway spot in Dandeli with great hospitality, food, and nature all around. Would definitely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the region!

Cottages are clean and spacious, property is well maintained and is amidst nature surrounded by dense forest. Staffs are courteous and service is prompt. Swimming pool is small in size and not deep but clean with basic facilities. Saturday evening we enjoyed live singing. Indoor games are available like carom, table tennis and chess. Also resort has few adventure sports activities in-house. We opted for all meals option. Although variety of items served the taste needs some improvement. We forgot some belonging at resort and thankfully Mr. Marvin arranged courier of the same next day and personally ensured for delivery of the same. Good place for calm and peaceful stay.

the place is beautiful and well maintained. there should be more activities and indoor games to give people enough things to do. given the current amenities, i found the high prices unjustified. for a lower price, this would be a five star rating. however, the price is not justified given that there’s really nothing much to do there and it’s just like a hotel stay. also, they wrote “mini bar” in room features, as they don’t serve alcohol or have a mini bar.

it was a pleasant stay , a beautiful resort, rooms were good and spacious. could have been excellent if they had maintained the property and if cleaning was up to the mark. food was good , cosy atmosphere with few games inside the resort. staff was nice, except the guy at the reception -marvin i wouldn’t say he was bad . but could have been better.
