The hotel stay was very good. The rooms were really well maintained and tidy. The service provided the the hotel people was very nice. And the best thing is once you get out of the hotel, there lies the Arabian sea. The Colaba causeway is nearby too, which is an ideal place for shopping. Was very happy staying at the Strand hotel.

Excellent location by the bay, just few meters away from Gateway of India. Rooms are very well furnished & well maintained (ignore the oldish hotel building exteriors). Staff was also good and professional. Plus they serve freshly prepared complimentary breakfast.

An old property right on the seaside, it has its old world charm about it. At this price point, the location and services are very good. The rooms are comfortable and neatly maintained. Overall experience is homely.

The view from the hotel is great! You just get out of the hotel and voila! The beautiful Arabian sea. The rooms are great and facilities are excellent. Complimentary breakfast is good too. Happy with the service.
