Sukham Raasa River Resort & Spa by Lawrence Hotels

On arrival there was no welcome drink served as it's included in my booking. The lunch ordered was stale ( nothing in the menu as available). The washroom fitting were giving electric shock, on switching off the geyser it was persisting. Complained the staff twice with no resolution. It's very unsafe for human beings. There is no mobile network in this resort nor Wi-fi works properly. The next day we went for breakfast which was buffet, it was not managed at all (plates, bowl were missing). The breakfast items were also in small portions and the refill toke hours. We gave the key for cleaning, on arrival the room condition was same as in the morning. No-one came and did the room. The room service was bad as there were not clearing the plates (it took them 16 hours). Overall i would not recommend this resort to anyone as the staff is inactive. All the headache is ours. It was the worst experience overall as i have in many hotels but never found this kind of inactive staff.

full wastage of money horrible experienceunder-construction property1- there were no options of food outside..so we decided to order from property.. believe me they took order of chilli paneer..after 2 hours they told us it wud take 30 mins more..dinner they had only dal and paneer bhurji..both were ridiculous..2- no swimming pool3-asked multiple times for tea set but they didn't provided..even I asked them 4 5 timesif u have patience of 3 hours for food being served, repeatedly calling them for single thing,monkey lover u can go for this property..if u don't want to spoil your trip and mood plz don't book this property..i checked in at 6.15 pm..and booked this property at 12 pm..but still my room was not ready...when I checked in then I asked them for wipes,towel,dental kit and other things.

Property was not ready still they started their booking. We were stuck in jam reached around 6.00 PM. Still rooms were not ready and we were asked to wait another 1.30 hrs. Rooms toilet were not working properly. We had to switch rooms to get the proper rooms. There were issues with almost everyone staying in the property. Staff was co-operative they tried managing whatever they could. But we paid a hefty amount and stay was worst.

I spent a wonderful time at this resort. The hospitality of the personnel was unmatched from the moment I arrived. It was a wonderful getaway because to the opulent amenities, magnificent vistas. The food was delicious. Anyone looking for pleasure and relaxation in a paradisiacal atmosphere will find it to be a perfect escape. I'm eager to come back and experience another fantastic stay.
