I recently had an extremely disappointing stay at Sunflower Homestay in Agartala. Here are the issues I faced: Terrible Location: The stay is located in a very inconvenient area. Unreasonable Shoe Policy: Guests are required to remove their shoes at the ground floor and walk barefoot to their rooms on the terrace, which is highly uncomfortable and unhygienic. Poor Room Conditions: The AC was not working, making the room unbearably hot. The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Inadequate Bathroom Facilities: The bathroom was very small, with a transparent door that compromised privacy. The water pressure was also very low. Lack of Room Privacy: Even with the room closed, people from neighboring buildings can see into the room from their terraces. Harsh Checkout Policy: The checkout time is 9 AM, and if you're even a minute late, the staff will harass you. Rude Owner: The owner was very rude and unaccommodating, making the stay even more unpleasant. Overall, I would not recommend Sunflower Homestay to anyone. This place is poorly managed and not worth the stay.

The property is located in Ram Nagar road no 02, near SBI Bank. Owner just listed this property as homestay. Cons: 1. Toiletry Kit, Towel not Provided. 2. Linens are not cleaned. 3. Mattress not available. 4. Bathroom is dirty. 5. Curtains not available. Pros: 1. Prime Location. 2. The owner is very well behaved. Advice: Please clean the room, bathroom properly. Change the linens, add curtains and mattress.

Water quality of washroom need to improve.Water quality was very bad and Lots of mosquito was there in the room. Owner behaviour is very good and polite. Room is clean and good for stay.
