Don't simple go by location and price the hotel will charge you, hell when it comes to delay. we check in at 4pm on 23rd dec 2017, in a prebooked room (12noon check in time), and on 24th we check out+ More
Dear Mr Rao, Thank you for your comments. I apologize for the problems that you encountered during your last stay. This is not the type of review that we like to see, and I assure you that I will be looking into each point that you have made. Our check in and check out time is 12 noon. It was your decision to arrive at the hotel by 4 PM, you could have arrived at 12 Noon and we would have allotted you the room. We do provide complimentary late check out till 2 PM but the same is subject to availability of rooms. Unfortunately on 24 Dec we were completely sold out. When you were leaving in the morning our team did inform you that the check out time is 12 Noon as all our guests would be arriving early resulting in our inability to extend the room beyond 12 Noon. Despite all the warnings you came back by 12 Noon when our guests who were to occupy the same room were already waiting at the reception. Upon arrival you placed the order for a tea and the same was delivered to you within 15 minutes of placing the order. Still you took an additional hour to check out and vacated the room by 1:10 PM despite repeated reminders. We hope you understand the predicament that we were in and there was nothing that we could do in this matter. We would again like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you because of this. We hope you will provide us with another opportunity to serve you on your future visits to the city. Warm Regards, General Manager

We apologize for the food ordered from the a la carte menu not being tasty. We have changed the day chef to ensure better taste. Bathtubs wear out with time and also limit the space available in the bathroom. So every time a bath tub is taken out a shower cabin is put in its place. This is the reason that you did not find the same in all rooms. Thank you for making a special mention of the service quality, complimentary breakfast, rooms and the value on offer.
