Super Collection O 7 Eleven

I was a very worst experience. In bathroom there are full of hairs and they won't clean the after last traveler check out from the hotel. I dont know why they keep the stereo boxes in the bathroom ceiling. Why there are so many holes in the bathroom. So many hairs in the bed & sheet They will not recharge the TV, for that they are telling, there is a problem with TATASKY. I cant explain the remote which they keep in the room(check in photos). Almari are fully broken (check with the photos). If you open the almari once, you will not get mood to the keep the dresses and you things in that. There is one chair they kept. It was full of dust. If you want to sit in that, first you have to clean that and you can. There is charging point near to the intercom. OMG that i cant explain, please check with the photos. They kept one AC in that room, from that some horror sound is coming. Because of that i woke up in the early morning 2.30, After that i cant sleep. Overall I was not stay in such a **** hotel like this in my life. PLEASE DONT EVER IMAGINE TO GO AND STAY THERE...

Property & Location was GOOD.But management & maintainence was POOR.My observations were as under- 1 Lot of rats in the room. Droppings of rats everywhere under the beds, behind doors, under matress, between walls & bed etc 2 Even our 'Denture' was taken away by rats in the night. Next morning cleaning staff was called for a seach & finally was located between Bed& Wall with lot of efforts. 3 TV not working during entire stay 4 Even a GLASS for drinking water was not available till next day in the morning 5 Towel provided in the room was' used & dirty with clear black spots'. Hotel did not have any washed one on day one. This was available on next day at 9 am. Till that time we even could not wash our face. 6 We suggest that some one from your side should try the BREAKFAST & decide if the same is worth continuing. Hope , you will consider above points. In fact one of your Executive was available at Hotel at the time of our CHECKOUT & he was fully apprised on above Regards Lok chand khatri...

Hotel staff behavior is very good. But room was not clean as shown in pictures. Kambal/rajai was torned and dirty, bed mattress was down from head side and up from foot side which make uncomfortable while sleeping. we requested to change but they said it will change next day only. Breakfast and tea not available till morning 8 am and Hotel is bit out so you have to walk out if you want early morning tea/snacks.

Feedback- No proper service. No breakfast in time as per the mentioned slot for breakfast. The TV setting was also not there. It had to be paid and then it was paid late in night at 11.00pm. (Image attached). The toilet commode had a big leak in the flush pipe. Persons attending do not speak properly.
