A very good - Value for money type OYO Stay - Fairly close to the Kodanta Ramar Temple complex in HBR Layout - 1st. Main Road, Phase I, Block I. Very well appointed rooms with comp. breakfast. Can not ask for more. A very clean & comfortable stay place with elevator facility. Just love the stay at this place. The only drawback is its poor / lack of OYO signboard, which makes it extremely dangerous at night for the first time guests, due to the street dogs problem. Our's was our first visit to this stay facility - and that too at night 11.30 PM but our OLA Cab driver was extremely helpful & co- operative, as we went around & round this building - 4- to 5 times - till we found this place (with building name Prime Residency) written with small letterings. Other-wise an excellent place to stay. The get- up of the room with comfort beddings, which induced sound sleep.

The hotel is placed in a serene and calm residential space in HBR layout. It was a bit difficult to find the location but it was in fact quite close to the main road. The rooms are clean and spacious. It was a steal deal for the amount I paid. It had all the amenities they mentioned. The staff were very amiable. I had only good experiences in this place and I would surely recommend them for future travellers.

Pathetic! My experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing. Not only did they provide subpar service, Despite paying the total amount as shown , they demanded additional money and charged higher prices. I strongly advise others to avoid this establishment and seek better alternatives.

Best stay, polite and helpful staff. The place was kept clean and the toilets are very clean. I was splendid with the stay at Prime Residency. Keep up the good work. The place even has such good aroma.

Very bad experience, will never go back to this place, utterly unhygienic.They don't even hive tax invoice , i was supposed to get the same on mail but as of now have not received any mail.

Very bad exp, Service was also too bad. No toiletries, no towel, no water bottles. even after asked, there was no proper response from the receptionist, overall Very bad service 👎🏻

The stay here was very bad, there was no ac, no hot water, no television, the bed sheets were torn ,it was pathetic and the staff are not cooperative
