i had a issue with my booking , but this was from oyo , we had already booked a room in advance , but when we had to checkin the manager said that they were sold out , but we paid for the hotel and our booking was confirmed in the same hotel ! but they didn't check us in , we travelled from 700 kms with heavy luggages we were denied room , when we reached out to customer care oyo was delaying our shifting of rooms for nearly 2 hours and then we were shifted to a service apartment for the same price but the service was very poor quality, and we had to shift with heavy luggages to a different location , worst experience ever in my life ! no more bookings with you
