recent unpleasant experience I had during my stay at The Mass Residency in Bangalore.Upon arrival with my wife and son after a grueling 19-hour journey, I eagerly approached the hotel for check-in at the designated time of 12 noon. However, to my dismay, despite presenting my booking details to the manager, I was informed that the room booked was only for two guests, not three as we were. Despite showing him the booking confirmation specifying three guests, the manager remained unyielding and claimed ignorance about any arrangement, insisting they were affiliated solely.After prolonged negotiation, during which I was continually brushed off with excuses about room availability and cleaning, I was begrudgingly provided a non-AC single room to temporarily store our luggage. Our ordeal continued as we were repeatedly told to wait for the room to be ready upon returning from meals, only to be met with further delays and excuses.It wasn't until I expressed my frustration firmly that we were finally granted access to our room, albeit at an unreasonably late hour of 3:30 pm. This delay severely inconvenienced us and tainted our entire stay.To add insult to injury, the following day, we were abruptly asked to vacate the room by 11 am or face additional charges. Despite my frustration, I complied out of sheer exhaustion and frustration with the hotel's poor service.

Worst experience i had booked the room and the hotel reception people told its not booked every room is filled . On the day of booking i called customer care they are not responding
