Collection O Warangal Railway Station

Location - In a congested area of market, with no parking facility, no lift facility (Access to reception at 1st floor, rooms in 2nd floor only by stairs) Reception - I had booked 2 rooms and paid in advance. When i reached, the staff at reception just bluntly told me that no room is available. When i started arguing that I had paid in full and I've got no intimation regarding cancellation or non availability and went in to offensive he suddenly changed his stance and agreed that rooms are booked against my name. Even after checking in, the response from staff was poor, be it to switch AC on, provide toiletries, water, towel. And no staff would carry luggages at check in or check out, provided they don't have lifts. Staff was super prompt to call up, knock and ask to check out before time. Amenities - I had call up reception thrice to get bathroom towels, no toiletries were provided despite multiple calls, no drinking water was provided, no in room food service as promised, but permitted outside food from Zomato/ swiggy. Room - Spacious, comfortable, newly furnished Recommendation - No parking, No lift, no prompt service, no courteous reception, comfortable rooms, pricing is fair. Not recommended for families, with own vehicle.

Affordable and Luxurious Vihari hotel has all the essential amenities including drinking water(hot,cold,normal), Air Conditioner, Geyser, Security cams, food delivery options from Zomato swiggy, WiFi, 24/7 current supply etc.. These are the few features we utilised still there are a lot more...Even the location is nearer to the warangal railway station which made it easy to reach out to the hotel. Even people here are nice which is mostly rare in hotels. Security Cameras which made it a safe place. People here are nice. Food delivery options are available and even outside food is available as well.

the hotel is very bad this hotel was very horrible -not suitable for families, i booked with breakfast and the staff even havnt served the breakfast though i called them 2 times.please dont book this if you are a family person or expecting neat stay.

Cleaning is worst, when we reached to Hotel no one is there and locked. We waited for 25 min. I don’t recommend to for this. They are doing over booking, we booked 2 rooms and there is only one room available.
